Otunba. Femi Ogunleye / Founder

Otunba. Femi Ogunleye is the Founder of Hydrodam Group.
He started his working career at the National Oil and Chemical Company Limited (NOLCHEM) in Port-Harcourt from where he moved to New Heroes Limited. At New Heroes he rose to the position of the General Manager and single handedly established and nurtured the Marine business arm of the company.
From New Heroes, he was head hunted to be the pioneer General Manager of Spectracule Nigeria Limited, also a marine service company. By dint of hard work and honesty he rose to the position of Managing Director. At Spectracule he did not only succeeded in making his mark in the marine industry, he also diversified the company business into bottled water production, Fast Food and Catering Services.
He later founded his own company Hydrodam Nigeria Limited. He replicated the success story in his own company in a short period and Hydrodam Nigeria Limited metamorphosed into Hydrodam Group of Companies with investment in Marine (Vessels, Tug Boats and Dredgers), Real Estate and Construction, with capital base of over 2 Billion U.S Dollars. With subsidiaries like Kaparty Engineering and Constuction Limited, Home Mark Investments, Abread International and Meise-Matt Nigeria Limited.
Otunba Femi Ogunleye is happily married to Mrs Funmilayo Ogunleye and blessed with four children.

Mr. Oguntosin Benson

He is the Human Resources/Admin Manager of Hydrodam Group. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN), he also holds HND in Accountancy from the then Ondo State Polytechnic Owo and MBA in Financial Management from the Lagos State University, Ojo Lagos. Benson is a member of Certified Risk Analyst (C.R.A) (U.A.E Affiliated) with over 20 years of experience in the financial sector (Banking and Insurance, Banking Operations, Audit, Internal Control), Marine, Oil and Gas, Dredging (Land reclamation, shore line Protection etc.)

Mrs. Lawal Megdalene

She is the public relation officer of the company and also the Liaison officer at Niger Delta Development Commission. She is well experienced having worked in several companies in very sensitive capacities for over ten years.

Mr. Akowe Williams

He serves as the Project Manager of Hydrodam Group of Companies, having a vast knowledge in Engineering, Operations and Team working sprit in running Oil & Gas and Construction companies.
He has worked in various companies which includes Okmas Nigeria Limited and Spectracule Services Ltd as an Technical Officer, Operations Officer, Logistic Manager and Operations Manager respectively which accumulates to sixteen (16) years working experience from 2000 till date.

Mr. Francis Demekaa

Francis Demekaa is the Business Development Manager of Hydrodam Group. He is a graduate of Economics with over 20 years of experience in the Marine, Construction and E.P.C Sector.



Mr Femi Olawoyin

He currently holds the position of Project Manager of Hydrodam Group. A distinguished gentleman certified Project Manager with over 12 Years experience in Dredging Operations, Marine Vessel Operations, Construction and Project Management. He has worked in various companies as a Site Safety Officer, Site Operations Officer, Site Manager and Project Manager respectively.
